 1- All bookings must be made directly through our website or via email. Once you have accepted the booking, we will then confirm the booking to you via email. We do not monitor texts or WhatsApp messages.

2 – Upon your inbound transfer, we will be very closely monitoring your landing.  Upon your landing, you will receive a text message from either Michelle or Ray (depending on who’s collecting you) advising you that we have seen you’ve landed and advising you that we are now leaving base and will be at your airport to collect you, this timing is normally in general great timing. The text will advise ALL the meeting details, so everything will be stress free.

Upon our arrival at the airport, we then allow a further 30 minutes waiting time, should you be further delayed, i.e. held at customs, lost luggage, etc, after which time you will incur an extra £5.00 per every 15 minutes waiting time.

3 – The person making the booking will be responsible for the behaviour of all the passengers in the car during the journey. You will be charged £80 to cover cleaning costs in the unlikely event of the vehicle being soiled by any passenger. 

4 – Eating, Drinking and / or Smoking or Vaping in the cars is not permitted under any circumstances.

5 – All children travelling during the journey should be restrained in a manner appropriate to their age, weight and height. suitable child seats will be offered to you at the time of booking, child seats when requested/supplied MUST be fitted by the parents of the child/children. Should you request to supply you own seats, we are happy to retain these for your inbound transfer.
